Definitions of Basic Terms, Rights, and Restrictions
Basic Terms
These Terms of Service for Agiletogether.org constitute a binding agreement between you (“Member,” “Customer,” or “You”) and Agiletogether.org, a non-profit organization registered in the United States of America (“Organization”), regarding the terms under which the Organization will provide you access to online courses (or portions thereof) purchased or registered for by you.
Rights & Restrictions
1. Members must be at least 18 years of age.
2. Members are granted a time-limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable, and non-sublicenseable right to access the portion of the online course they have purchased or registered for.
3. The purchased portion of the online course will be available to the Member for as long as the Organization maintains the course, which will be a minimum of one year after the Member’s registration or purchase.
4. Course videos are provided as a streaming service only and are not downloadable.
5. By granting access, the Organization does not obligate itself to maintain the course indefinitely or to maintain it in its present form.
